This is a four hour hybrid class held in person in Roanoke, VA and on Zoom.


This four hour refresher class will help you:

  • Review your Reiki 1 foundations

  • Reattune and reconnect with the energy

  • Practice self-Reiki and intuitive techniques

  • Feel confident sharing Reiki again

(If you didn’t take Reiki 1 with me, you’ll be asked to provide your Reiki certificate and book a quick 10-minute Zoom call before registering.)

A Bit About Yvette



For over a decade, I’ve been walking alongside people on their healing journeys, using a blend of energy healing modalities, crystals, and essential oils.

I often say I’m an “on-ramp” to energy healing—because so many people who come to me are curious, a little unsure, and looking for a safe space to explore. My role is to provide that safety and support, so you can discover what energy healing feels like and how it can help you.

For those who are already experienced with energy work, I offer a synergistic space where your practice can go deeper, your insights become clearer, and your healing expands beyond what you could achieve alone.
