Reiki 2


Reiki 2 builds upon the information learned in

Reiki 1. In Reiki 2, you'll learn to work with others' energy, whether in person or at a distance. In addition to the full-day in-person or virtual class, you'll complete six practice sessions after class.


Each of the three Reiki levels should be learned individually. This allows for integration and practice before leveling up. Her full-day in-person or Zoom classes incorporate learning and time for practice and discussion. Yvette includes a one-on-one Energy Healing session as part of the cost because she has found it helps with the impact of the attunements you receive during class.


During Reiki 2, you will be attuned to the distance symbol for Reiki and learn:

  • Three Reiki symbols

  • The hand positions for Reiki with others

  • Distance Reiki

  • The steps for a session

  • Tips for grounding

  • Practice distance Reiki

  • The Claires

  • Additional tips

You will also receive:

  • A manual

  • An energy healing session with Yvette to be scheduled within two weeks of class

  • Access to Yvette for questions as you practice Reiki with others

  • One-on-one Zoom appointment with Yvette once six practice sessions are completed

  • Certificate once you have completed six practice sessions
