Levels Explained
Reiki 1
If you are exploring energy work for the first time, Reiki 1 is the perfect place to begin. This class introduces you to the flow of energy in and around you- helping you understand how to use Reiki for self healing, balance and relaxation. It helps you deepen your intuition and expand your energetic connection.
This full-day class, offered in Roanoke, VA and online via Zoom, includes practice and a follow up email series.
Reiki 2
Reiki 2 builds upon the foundation of Reiki 1- teaching you how to share energy with others both in person and at a distance. You'll learn sacred symbols that both strengthen and focus the energy of Reiki.
This full-day class, offered in Roanoke, VA and online via Zoom, includes practice and discussion. Afterward, you’ll complete six practice sessions to help you integrate your learning and grow in confidence.
Reiki 3
Reiki 3 is the final step in your Reiki journey—a time to deepen your connection to the energy and learn advanced techniques for healing. This level refines your skills and empowers you to deepen healing for yourself and others.

Each of the three Reiki levels is designed to be learned individually with space in between, giving you time to integrate the energy and practice between each level.
Yvette’s full-day classes—offered both in person and via Zoom—blend hands-on practice, discussion, and deep learning. To support your attunement experience, Yvette also includes a private one-on-one Energy Healing session in the cost of the class. This personalized session helps you process and anchor the energetic shifts that occur during your Reiki training.
A Bit About Yvette
Yvette LeFlore has been practicing energy healing for over a decade and teaching for more than 30 years. As a Reiki Master Teacher, she brings together her background in adult education and her intuitive gifts to create classes that are both deeply healing, intimate and easy to understand.
She often describes herself as an “on-ramp” to energy healing—providing a safe, supportive space for those who are just beginning their journey. For students who are already trained in Reiki or other modalities, Yvette’s teaching invites a higher level of energetic synergy and personal transformation.
