Reiki 1

If you are exploring energy work for the first time, Reiki 1 is a gateway. Tune in to energy movement in and around you and learn how to utilize energy to promote self-healing. For those who participate in some form of energy work, it's a pathway to expand your connection.


Each of the three Reiki levels should be learned individually. This allows for integration and practice before leveling up. Yvette's full-day in-person or Zoom classes incorporate learning and time for practice and discussion. Yvette includes a one-on-one Energy Healing session as part of the cost because she has found it helps with the impact of the attunements you receive during class.


During Reiki 1, you will be attuned

to Reiki energy and learn:

  • The history of Reiki

  • Reiki Principles

  • Chakra Development

  • Crystals for the Healing

  • Self-Reiki

  • Energetic Protection

  • Mindfulness Practices

  • Class Runs 9-5 with Breaks

You will also receive:

  • Crystals

  • A manual written by Yvette

  • An energy healing session with Yvette to be scheduled within two weeks of class completion

  • A certificate upon completion

  • A Facebook group for Yvette's Reiki graduates

  • BONUS Chakra Course
