Yvette has been practicing energy healing for over a decade. She likens herself as an on ramp to energy healing for those who are new because she holds a safe place for them to explore and heal. For those who are energy trained and experienced, she holds a space for the energy work to be synergistic and beyond what the individual can do for themself. "I have attended a couple of virtual energy shares hosted by Yvette. I am not trained in any healing modalities, but typically have good intuition. The group share events have assisted me learn to listen to the messages I'm receiving. During a group share, I was sending energy to another person. I strongly heard the word "grief". I figured I had to be projecting some of my own emotions onto the situation.
